Sehr interessant liest sich das Buch von Serge King:" Ihr Körper, glaubt, was Sie ihm sagen". Darüber hat uns der Stadtschamane viel zu sagen. Da werden Affirmationen zu Zaubersprüchen und heilen sogar. Auch der Dichter wurde von diesen angeregt. Immer möchte fast jeder, ein anderer sein. Ist das Kind noch klein, schon will es ein Erwachsener sein. Der Dichter verwandelt sich in seinen Zaubervesen in viele Gestalten. Beflügelt von der Fantasie wird er ein Stehaufmännchen, Zauber-Mitschurin, Wunderbläser, Glücksschwein, Fliegenpilz, Kaktus, Pfauenauge und Samadhi-Yogi. Jürgen Köditz, der Dichter wanderte als Rentner auf die brasilianische Insel, Itaparica aus und pflanzte sich dort ein blühendes Gartenparadies. Auch schreibt der einstige Stasiopferdichter weiter seine Gedichte und viele lustige Kurzgeschichten. āja yoga (/ˈrɑːdʒə ˈjoʊɡə/; "royal yoga", "royal union", also known as classical yoga and aṣṭānga yoga) is a form of meditation in which the mind is trained to be focused at one point. It aims at the calming of the mind using a succession of steps, culminating in samadhi.
