A documentary named, "Vegas Streets" airs on television, subsequent to the "Great Mafia Massacre" that happened in Detroit in 1969.
In 1983, Michael Levine gets caught up in the Las Vegas strip, gambling and playing at the casino. Although, one lucky day, he ends up winning everything in the casino after a bet made. But as a sign of mistruth, the owner revokes the bet and shoots Michael at the last second.
