Review - At first I wasn't sure of the bent of your 'chapter' entry, then realized it was a short story for a contest. Once I got that straight and re-read it with that in mind, I have to say this is very poetic. Really liked how your brought sight, sound, feel and smell into this to give the reader a feel for the anticipation she has of the return of her loved one.

Also liked the mystery you introduce in as well. Good job! Robynn

In just that short amount of writing I want to know what happenes next. :) It was very descriptive...not to much, and not to little...it was right in the middle. Well done!!
