I think this piece could have been written without so many references to
""liberals"" or other groups. I think it is disingenuous. Douthout PRETENDS TO
MOURN the ""smashmouth politics"" but he is making a living off of it. and
encouraging it. I see this in a lot of what he writes and says on podcasts -
he is bemoaning partisanship while stoking it.
