A Quick Review : Chapter 1

This was a touching piece. I find it sober and wonderful all at the same time. But remember, His blessing can only remain if you stay devoted to him and strive to do what is just and right in His eyes, Obeying his commands to the best of your ability.

But amazing story. Though when I first started reading I could not tell if the narrator was male or female.

Adding to that, I would like to give you some critiques:

Several times you left out some words and miss worded sentences so it was confusing (as you would say, "Even though so and so thought this, this other person thought this too." It's conflicting, as the "Even though" refers to an oncoming conflict. Also, starting something like "My father, on the other hand," also refers to a conflict. But in this particular example, he agreed with his wife, ,which makes me think you left out a word or forgot to explain something).

But besides those technical notes, I am set on edge to read what happens next. Your story is one of sorrow but a sense of strength and undying faith.
