This is another description of malignant narcissism.

The only thing Trumps believes in is his unceasing devotion to his own self
interest. Anyone in his orbit -- trying to help him and advise him -- is going
to confront the fact that he is constitutionally incapable of understanding
that there is a ""truth"" separate from what he wants.

He's unhinged and unfit. It's that simple.
