Fear the Night

By:
Fear the Night
What if zombies, werewolves and vampires actually did exist? As if the minds of Stephen King, Dean Koontz and George Romero could actually concoct some sort of truth to our myths.

What if we did exist within a form of narrative fiction that we typically take for granted?

What if we were locked up in a house as hundreds of zombies mulled about outside? What if a vampire overtook our small town and it was up to us to stop it?

What If our general idea of normality wasn’t so normal tomorrow?

How would you handle it?

Third page:
You opened for us the subconscious of a near death person. Even at the last moments of life, and after accepting the inevitable end. Hope stays, beyond any expectations, the most powerful manifesting tool of the survival instinct. That was a brief, yet, a deep investigating journey inside the mind.

Very well said.

Your descriptions put us, without any warning, inside your story. I almost felt myself telling the story instead of reading it. Especially, when well using the first person POV effect, as you've successfully done.

Well, in those five short pages you piqued my interest. This isn't Flash, is it? Anyway, great job; great introduction of your writing here!
