Marc, a solitary prisoner who's blind and mute, has been imprisoned for over a year. He has learned to loathe his visual impairments and hates the Dark. But, nonetheless, he cannot escape his fate of being in Darkness forever. After being tortured for long enough, Marc finds that the thing he once hated is his only escape from his cruel life. When the newfound and magnificent world he calls The Dark starts to lose its luster and control his life, will he ever come back to reality? (first draft)
