You have a great style of writing. I like how it is simple, but really paints a picture for me. I did get kind of lost between the boy going for the pony, and the hired guns coming to town. Other than that it is a great book.

Wow I love it its very remoniscent of the old westerns, i especially love your ending line a very memorable one
