A very interesting start. Personally I think you could probably expand on this idea and turn it into a pretty cool book. Just a suggestion.
What would happen if you knew the world would end soon and you knew you could do nothing? That's exactly how Mitchel & Georgia feel. On their 13th birthday the two completely different children start to hear numbers whispered. They are soon forced upon one another as they try to live out their final months with the ones they love.
