their elected supervisors, who they support politically, is so deeply
problematic and open to corruption that thinking people, starting with FDR,
have rejected collective bargaining for public sector workers since the start
of the organized labor movement in this country? That the impatience evident
on the bench is the result of incredulity that it took this long to correct
this institutional flaw in our government?
