I already read this and voted, but I came back to read it again. Being pregnant, I'm half expecting this to happen now because my little one loves to kick very hard and make me jump :). I loved this story, and would also like to see it continue.

What impressed me most (as well as the perfect spelling, grammar, and flowing style) was your choice to allow maternal instinct and motherly love to win out over horror. I would SO love to see this continue into Nina's life growing up and her relationship with her mother. This was a perfect little gem and has my vote, hands down!

You've got me on the edge of my seat. What happens next? O.o I hope you add more to this. As a mom, I completely understand her belly aching pains, but that ending... You definitely know how to leave a reader hungry for more. :)
