Leslie, first, I congratulate you on the ingenious story of The Ferryman. You have taken on a very difficult genre and made it seem easy. You told the story aptly, keeping me with you; and you did one of the most important elements about story-telling...always end with an unexpected glorious finish. You did just that. I liked this submission very much. It was certainly not the type of story I was expecting to find in this contest. Well done for thinking out side the lines and making it work!
