I first encountered this character in your "Unfinished Tales" post. Maybe you already know how much I liked the beginning. This character, "Whisper," she's so intriguing! A manipulator in the dark recess of our dreams. There's so much potential there!

Great story, Laz. Thanks for sharing. I like the feel of the open ending. If this were a longer story, I might have overlooked the meaning of this part, seeing it only as a vehicle to the next action.

I really enjoyed this one, Laz. Beautiful use of dialogue to carry the story. Definitely on my favorites list. Good job.

This was a great story Laz, and sometimes when we dream we wish it were real just as you shared with us. I do hope you will write more of this story and focus on what her objective is in helping others!

wow this is an amazing storie it has so much detail i can picture it in my head please write more when you get a chance:)

This story has the makings of an epic fairytale. I was a bit disappointed when it ended, I really would have liked to know what else is in store for Candice and her new-found powers. I agree with several others that you should consider expanding the story a bit after the contest.
