I remember when I wrote it, thinking (I think) that I wanted to really engage the reader; make her HAVE to construct the...happy ending:) I knew what it was, of course :) :)

Cast out thee the insufferable, ever tantalizing cliffhanger from the eyes of the ever wondering reader!!!!!! LOL Oh how I hate endings like this! But.... it was a garden of delight to read. I left the ending open:) Yep...and you guessed correctly, at least from the standpoint of how I originally wrote it. Still, it's nice to let the reader work.
