I like it. I find the vampire's buisness like society to be rather amusing and I really like the detail. The only advice I can give you is that writers (unprofessional and professional alike) tend to focus too much on detail which makes the reader skip over words. I don't think you're in too much danger of that since you didn't drag out descriptions too much (just be mindful of it) other than that side comment great job
