What is Communication

Communication is a skill used to share information, ideas, and feelings. It is a two-way process between the Sender and the Receiver.  It is best to practice the art of communication to be proficient in it, and develop capabilities of the craft. It is essential to have the ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing in the workplace. Also, companies prefer to hire capable individuals who can communicate, making none or little grammatical and spelling errors. A good communicator must understand the target audience and use terms and phrases that the reader or listener understands
