Beatrice Prior must make a choice, with which faction (group whom they devote their life to, including jobs etc.) to choose. There is Candor (Honest), Erudite (Intelligent), Abgenation (Selfless), Amity (peaceful), or Dauntless (Fearless). You can either choose the one you grew up in (and stay with your family) or you can do a "Faction transfer" (losing your family). This book is full of plot twists, and surprises. It is very well written, and I highly recommend it. I have to admit that if I could go back, I would not read the 3rd one (Allegiant) because I hated parts of it, but I would have still read Divergent, & Insurgent, as they are AMAZING!!!

Fallyn is in Love with Caiden, her best friend. The only problem is, her family won't allow it and the strangest thing is, they won't explain why. Okay now for my opinion and review. This book is very well written. It has an amazing story-line- very great idea. I would definitely recommend this book. The only thing to watch out for is the swearing, it does swear a bit. In my opinion this is the books biggest downfall, and it is pretty much the only thing that I don't like about this book. Besides that though it's a great read!
