A timely, much-needed work of non-fiction that addresses the ongoing health and weight problems so many people are experiencing these days, in large part due to all the chemicals, hormones, and other processing that our food is subject to. This is well-written, but does need some editing to weed out spelling errors.
A quick question: do you have a record of your sources, specifically for the parts where you're talking about the properties of the different kinds of healthy foods? Because as in any published work of non-fiction, you need to give credit to those sources or you could get in trouble for using the research of others without citing the books, documents, or articles in which you found the information.
It's actually quite easy to do: put footnotes into the text, or add a Reference Guide at the end, which would be both a bibliography and acknowledgement of your sources. Be sure to include the name, source, and year of the work being cited. To give the citation within the chapter - which would probably work best for this book - you would simply do this: In the excellent chapter about the benefits of oranges, you could, at the beginning, put an asterisk next to the page title, and then after the text, put another asterisk with the citation after it:
Example of citation:
*From "Citrus for Healthier Cells" - John Peel, MD, Journal of Medicine, Vol.2, December 1988.
(I totally made that article up just now for the purposes of showing you what I mean, lol). Anyway, to be sure of the citation format, just look in any health magazine and find an article that uses quotes or citations to see how they acknowledge the source.
And that's it! Great book, great idea, just enough humor to keep it interesting and fun. I wish you the best with this!
thank you so much!
i am glad that you liked my work!
i'll try my best to keep up!! ^.^
Superb! ^_^
