While this is not my preferred genre, this is very well written. I really like it, and it's impossible to get me like much besides action or horror! lol
Your words so eloquently depict the scenes. Azura is portrayed with warmth and tenderness. Her longing to belong is felt and understood. I could imagine this as a longer story, detailing more of your heroine's experiences. Simply beautiful expressions, Serena. Also, I love the aquatic, blue cover.
I swam in the mood of this piece- very nice. Just right for my late afternoon interlude.
I think this is an extraordinary book...transported me somewhere else...kudos to the writer

:D its so beautiful. I really hope that you extend this into another short story. I'm interested in finding out what could happen next.
Tantalizing tidbits of another life and larger story.
Well woven with streams of lovely word choices.
Great.
