Yes he did and when he was very young the doctors put him on Ritalin, which might have slowed him down a tad. He was so smart school bored him. He is a very talented musician, and can play the harmonica much like Stevie Wonder, and he also plays the guitar. I haven't seen him for years but hear he lives a quiet life working for a church in Lake Tahoe.
Xmeli.j.nightlyx, Robin, Kennethsnow, and Felix for all of the lovely comments. This story brought back so many memories . The brother I wrote about drifted away and has had a rough life. I love my brother and haven't seen him in twenty years. I hope someday to see and talk with him again, and show him this little story.
Laughing:) You pictured the younger brother perfectly in my mind's eye; tethered to the radiator, lol, and then filling the truck with sugar. Good Lord! Sounds like my family, years ago.
Great job, and great story for this time of year, Sereni!
Ahhh sweet and minty just like candy cane. Loved it! A true gift of the season. :) Have a blessed Holiday!
