Robert, the fact that Bilie Holiday is in the narrative made me more than sad...the time was recent, not the 19th century. My heart bled for this family and Henry.

Beautifully written tragedy - as a mother and a wife, it touched some raw nerves. I have a feeling this is one of those brief glimpses that will stay with me for a long time.
