some people have different pictures because i can't decide what they should look like or they change what they look like.

You can imagine them a certain way in your head as the writer, but part of the joy of reading is using your imagination. Try writing a short story that way. Less focus on your characters physical attributes and more on the character development. You might be pleasanntly surprised, RandomBox!
