boring from the begining

Actually, this short story is quite believable. There have been many films made, such as those starring a young Tatum O'Neill, and perhaps even LOLITA, where the stars of the "adults only" move were vastly under-age. Films are shot in segments and very often the child actor will not really understand the entire concept. Film makers are quite right, in my opinion, to deny access to young people, even if those young people "star" in the film. You wrote this well, and I applaud you.
