This poem is haunting and one can feel the anguish inside the protagonist. This person carries a burden no one should ever have to bear. But sadly, most of do at one time or another. Death brings heartbreak and acute loss. Thank Heavens, we have the gift of life, to experience joy, happiness, and beauty.
