I won an all expense paid trip to Washington D.C. to visit an old chilhood friend of mine. His name was listed on the Vietnam Memorial Wall. He was my friend and a hero.

...with their sentiments about your service to this country, as well as this special, touching tribute to your friend.
I enjoyed this story very much.
Very good job with all aspects of your book Matt. I can tell you are a wonderful person, with the deeply instilled integrity of a man who considers his fellow soldier-brothers to be as near and dear as family. Beautiful touch at the end.

This is a lovely tribute to a friend. It is not too long nor is it boring. I had cousins killed in Nam too. I am glad you got to remember your friend.
