Eine Gruppe von Profikillern fällt in eine abgelegene Parkrangerstation ein, um  dort ein Wellness Hotel und ein Spielkasino zu errichten. Dabei ziehen sie eine Spur des Todes hinter sich her. Der junge Parkranger Steve Arbach und die Paläotologin Nicole Wagner stellen sich ihnen mutig entgegen. Unterstützung bekommen die beiden Abenteurer von einem mysteriösen und mörderischen Waldbewohner.
