Well, I think it has a good start, but I do have a critique.

Tell her stories, don't say the past. Put little parts of her past in.

I can't say that I like this story because it has not even a paragraph. But I have to admit that I like my story better. Please please, PLEASE don't copy my story Elementess, like don't use my ideas that I write, because my book is one that I am really looking forward to seeing.

I hope that you keep writing because this book is actually quite interesting. Thanks for informing me about it!

P.S. Don't take this comment personally! I really do like your book, but I'll have to admit that I like all of my books more than all books on BookRix. That is only because I can't ever get into any of the books!
