01. Januar 2017 - In den ersten Stunden des neuen Jahres gründet June Mayberry, 35 und sozial unangepasst, mit zwei Bekannten aus einer betrunkenen Silvesterlaune heraus eine Detektei im zentralen Londoner Stadtteil Clerkenwell - bekannt für seine von linken Intellektuellen und Bordellen geprägte Geschichte. Zehn Monate später bekommen die Drei ihren ersten, großen Fall ... der ebenfalls mit einer betrunkenen Nacht zusammenhängt. So betrunken, dass June wichtige Teile ihrer Erinnerungen fehlen.

 

WILD. ist ein Kriminalroman, der im Herbst 2017 in London, Somerset und Wales spielt. Der Roman verbindet dabei Elemente klassischer britischer Detektivgeschichten mit den Themen der Millennial-Generation: Identität und Feminismus, Technologie und Privatsphäre, Natur und urbaner Lifestyle.
