The poems r nice .......but they lack completeness in their sayings if u r trying to narrate a story or ur feelings u should complete ur verses and try to connect one chapter to the other .....But the poems ar fine and i would recommend u to read "THE FORSAKEN MERMAN" and thanks fr giving me the opportunity to read ur book.......!!!!!!!
It might not feel like it now, but there are people who love you. You remain in their hearts even if you aren't physically there.
John, your book is full of such raw emotion. It's hard to focus on grammar or punctuation. Feelings of pain, confusion, and regret leap from the pages.
I feel your pain and I've been there myself. In the end you will become a stronger person even if you feel weak at first.

This anthology moved me deeply.
The conflict between 'I' and 'i' is brilliantly subtle. The poems at the end of the book make me optimistic that the self-confident and serene 'I' will come to terms with the pain and suffering that has caused the depression.
