One of the most uninformed, useless things I have ever read. Blaming the White race for a persons inability to follow simple laws is just plain ignorant. The writer sounds like he just got out of prison himself, although it could not have been a Federal Prison, The Feds make you go through highschool and with the poor grammar and typos I am assuming state. Just like a crook to place blame and shirk responsibility for his own actions and blame the infamous white man for his problems. We have a black president, how much higher up the chain do you want to move? But again I'm sure all of the burdens of those poor rapists and murderers will be laid on someone elses shoulders as the author clearly thinks someone should fix his problems for him.
