On so many levels this decision makes no sense. Tthe world is awash in oil.
Dozens of countries around the world never suspecting they had viable fossil
fuel fields copied American companies and are fracking at growing pace. Saudi
Arabia continues to pump at record levels as do other Mid-East nations, Brazil
and Venezuela are awash in oil and gasoline is cheap at the pumps.
