The real book is soooooooo... much better. And what ever kind of shorten version this is stinks. For example Jessica was very shy, save for the end, in the book. Why on Earth did they give her a motorcycle in this one? She didn't even have her own car! One time in the real book she was so desperate she rode a horse in the rain. And she did not have an attitude problem, she loved her parents and was muy simpatico.
