Beide nehmen an den Festivitäten zum Schulfest teil - der Junge am Kindertanz des Nachmittags, seine Mutter am abendlichen Tanzvergnügen. Beide haben unter ganz unterschiedlichen Umständen ähnliche Erlebnisse, die ihr weiteres Leben prägen.
