The State-Corporation controls all countries, all over the environmentally destroyed world. Crazy weather makes people do crazy things - that includes getting it on with blind and toothless zombies who just want to suck the foul toxic air caused by years of pollution. The Prime President - the leader of the State Corporation - has a secret; it's a dirty one but one that could trigger another revolution. Luckily for the Prime President, nobody really cares apart from his Minister of the Interior and an opportunistic mercenary.
