Leere Prescotts survived the beginning of the Apocalypse at the age of 16 now she's just trying to survive the aftermath. Supplies are scarce duh. Walkers are 9/10 of the population now if not even smaller percentage of humans to walkers. Leere dosnt trust anyone and she's not about to start. Betrayal is normal and expected if your dumb enough to put yourself in that situation that is. Military chatter indicates something big is going down and Leere intends to get out of the way before it goes down. Leere has one goal in mind. Get to the mountains before the military blows Eastern US into smithereins. Along the way she meets Will, an 17 year old boy who's got looks guts and willpower. But he's getting nervous around Leere as she refuses to trust him with anything including her past. Will they get to the mountains before their rubble like the rest of the world? Or end up dead before they even get there?
