Thank you for the kind words. My problem is a lack of knowledge. It always looks good in MS Word then I upload it and it looks completely different. I guess I need to learn how to format it here. I also get frustrated when I hit the publish button and then it looks even farther removed from what I wrote on my computer. I also feel like I need an editor or someone who could proof it before I publish it. My apologies to all readers for the sloppy layout.

Here's a suggestion for using the BookRix formatting system. Do not use the "Upload" option when creating your book. Use the "Type in Content" option instead. Then copy/paste your document chapter-by-chapter, using the pre-established chapters for each one and giving it a number or title.

In your original document, just use a hard return every place you want a new indented paragraph, but do NOT use the tab key to make the indentations. Let the new paragraphs remain at the far left margin. As soon as you paste it into the chapter box, the indentations will automatically appear.

For the book you have up right now, I would recommend saving your current Word document under "Save As" and adding BooxRix Formatted after the title (this will not change the title in the document). Then delete all tabs and replace them with hard returns. Once this is done, delete your current version on BookRix, use the Create option to make a new book, choose the "Type in Content Option" and start reloading it from the newly formatted document.

This is a little time consuming and somewhat of a pain, but in the end, all your formatting issues will automatically be resolved and your book will be more readable. It's work, yes, but definitely worth it. I've had to reformat several of my own that I uploaded years ago here when the formatting rules were different and required some html on our part. It took time, but I'm glad I did it (I still have a few more to fix, actually). for some more suggestions, you can read my short "book" called "Test..
