Okay, that is it I hate this book site, I am 14 I am english and I only know english this site keeps messing with me and my books, same with my friends. It's ok I will fix it later.

You know, if you can't take being corrected or genuine offers for help, you'll never get very far. No one is messing with you - we're serious writers here, and I'm sorry, but you don't have many paragraphs and there are all kinds of grammatical and spelling errors that make what would otherwise be a wonderful book extremely hard to read. And your age is irrelevant. How old was the young man who wrote "Eragon" - wasn't he about fourteen?

I fail to see how anything I said consisted of me "messing with" you or your book. Do you honestly think it's perfect? Heck, when I started writing I made all kinds of mistakes, too, but I was grateful to those who took the time out of their busy schedules to help me improve. That's the purpose of BookRix - writers helping other writers improve their skills.

If all you want is compliments, you're definitely in the wrong place. The things I noticed aren't just a few glitches you can easily fix later. They're the basics of writing. If you can't put a cohesive sentence together, how will you be able to fix any of it?

Look, part of learning is accepting that some people know more than you do and are willing to help you along. Did you totally miss the part where I said the story was "cool" or "terrific?" Or that I said it was worth fixing the errors? Those WERE compliments. I don't bother to try and help those who are clearly without any talent and will obviously never do any better. I took the time to read your work and leave constructive feedback because I genuinely liked the story idea and could see that you do have a natural ability to tell a good story.

But hey, if you'd rather pout and behave in an immature way when someone bothers to try and do something good for you, that's your choice. On the other hand, if you're at all serious about your writing, you'll read my first comment again with a glimmer of maturity and see that I'm trying to do what BookRix is for - help you improve your skills.

Anything worth doing is worth doing right.

Lol, cool. Producing a really good book is hard work, but if you love to write, it's worth every minute of effort.

By the way, the person who has to be happy is you - it's your work, your heart. So I hope you do write more and I'm glad you'll be taking the time to be, as you put it, "more careful." I look forward to seeing what's next!
