Two small children suddenly find themselves alone in a world that seems to have forgotten them. Emily is eight years old and finds herself as the head of the household, having to care for her five year old brother. Emily is tough and street wise, but she has grown weary, and unknown to her, they both need medical attention. Can two small children survive, alone, in a world turned upside down? The odds, and the system, are against them.
