Elsa McCoy is a scientific runaway as the scientist calls. She was captured after the accident she had with her parents. She was missing until she returned to live with her older sister Catherin. She was left with weird powers she can’t quiet figure out. Something called SIC (Supernatural in Control) keeps her powers in control. Soon she meets Seth Parker. A myterious boy with lots of secretes. Soon she begins experiencing lost control of her powers and quickly she needs PIC (meaning Power in Control (permanently)) and soon she intends to leave and go after it. Will she make it past the scientist who are looking for her? Or will she fail?
