You got me interested in the beginning, about the character not sure who she is a person, because of trauma she had gone through, and I was more interested when introduced the shapeshifters and vampire idea. It reminds me of the show Supernatural (which is an awesome show by the way.) Although, there are much editing to do in this piece, you have a cool story here. :):)

Good take off on vampires using shape shifters. You set the tonefor and interesting read. You might want to give thought to pacing of your piece. At the beginning for me it was too slow. I get it that you don't know who you are, As you get into second part that is when the intrique comes, because , yah, you don't know who you are, but it is not like us humans, who ask that question for much of our lives.
