Ps...the closest I ever came to a whale was a creature that may be related to one....a couple of manatees while fishing off a wharf in Florida...lol.

Read chapter 8. You write very descriptively...in a magical sort of way. Apart from some minor grammatical mistakes, I enjoyed the chapter. I too had the pleasure of seeing the Aurora Borealis just north of Montreal were I was staying during one summer. And also I once took some photos of two young moose. They had wondered into town a few years ago.
