Welcome lakshmipriya! You should check out our BookRix Tips & Tricks group as it has a lot of great how-to guides on how to upload books, enter them into contests, edit books, etc. Here's the guide for how to upload books: http://www.bookrix.com/_groupforum-en-how-to-upload-books-1.html

Once you upload a book, it'll show up on your profile and on its own book page if you set the visibility so everyone can see it.

To find the latest books or books with high ratings, just go to the Books tab and click on the relevant sorting option on the right side. You also can search by category if you like a certain type of genre.
